Study On The Progress Control Management Of Dada Spring Department Store

Project schedule management is one of the difficult points in the project implementation, which is the process of technical paper to tangible results, but the conversion process is facing multi-link, multi-disciplinary, multi-requested challenges. In a sense, the project schedule management is one of the key success factors for the project. And with the increasingly strong demand for lean project management in recent years, scholars have begun to actively in-depth research projects’affecters of the project management success. It is proved from the practice the project schedule management is a very strong practical discipline and need to consider the technical aspects of the implementation and convergence which is possible to ensure the smooth progress of the project.In this paper, the theory of progress management of construction projects were analyzed and summarized, with specific management practices Dada PCD project, by case studies, literature reading method as the main research methods, and strive to show in the spring Dada Store project implementation. Throughout the course of the study, by the actual project operation, it tries to set up the progress management system with the control method S-curve technology, network control technology incorporated into the project schedule control management. Through the many factors that exist in the project schedule management process and determine controls project organization, the main responsibility, etc., to promote the smooth progress of project management. In addition, the paper also take the progress of the Dada Spring store project management as a case study to analyze the influencing factors of project management, pointing out the key to success as well as reference for subsequent project management.
