Study On Test Method And Evaluation Method Of Vice Life Test Of Rolling Linear Guideway

Aiming at the problem of the domestic roller linear guide life, a test bed was developed to monitor the life performance of the roller linear guide. The life test method and test data evaluation analysis method was researched on the basis of the test bed, provided reasonable test equipment, test methods and data evaluation methods in order to improve the life of the domestic roller linear guide and product competitiveness.According to the mechanical structure design principle of the test-bed, combined with the requirements of the system control and test, set the hardware system which including power supply, loading, operation, lubricating and test system. Analyzed the selection of key components, and explained the hardware system’s function, design idea and design scheme.According to the hardware system’s control requirement of the test-bed, the software system was wrote by VB6.0, mainly includes test parameter processing, life test, dynamic measurement, experimental data processing. Each part of software interface’s design concept and method was described. In addition, designed the anti-jamming for the test-bed.According to the characteristics of the test-bed, combined with the analysis of the fatigue life failure mechanism and the guide life formula, proposed monitoring methods and monitoring parameters. The loading and acquisition system carried on validation test. By the test results, demarcated the performance status of these systems, and analyzed the rationality of the monitoring method and the reliability of the load system and the acquisition system.According to the function of the test-bed, combined with the analysis of the life test’s classification, put forward the rated dynamic load test, the whole life test, the acceleration life test, the contrast test and the calibration test for failure guide, etc. Combined with the life test specification, the rated dynamic load test plan was analyzed and designed, based on this plan explained the other life test.Combined with the life test plan, analyzed the data evaluation method. The time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis can be used to the performance parameters of the life, the figure estimation method and parameter estimation method can be used to the fatigue life data. Used actual measurement data or estimated data to verify the feasibility of these methods, and analyzed the data analysis results’application in product improvement method and the correction of product life calculation formula.
