With the constant renewal and the rapid development of the railway technology as well as the greatly enhanced speed of the railway operations, railway signal system is playing an increasingly important role in the railway's safety and reliability operation.ZPW-2000A track circuit is a track circuit that independently developed in China, it's one of the key equipment of railway signal and the main standard automatic blocking equipment in our country. Currently, ZPW-2000A/K track circuit is an important basic equipment for our high-speed railway, the transmitter and receiver are ZPW-2000A's core electronics modules. Therefore, analysising the life properties of the transmitter and receiver have a positive effect and significance for improving the reliability of ZPW-2000A and ensuring the safety of the railway transportation.In order to study the reliability of ZPW-2000A, we collected the production and using data of the transmitter and receiver in cooperation with the Beijing Railway Signal Factory, then applying the theory of mathematical statistics and reliability engineering analysis methodes for the life data analysis of the ZPW-2000A's transmitter and receiver.First, this paper described collection process and sorting method of the transmitter and receiver's production and field repair data. Based on the characteristics of the collected transmitter and receiver life data, we carried on preliminary analysis with histogram and the actuarial method for calculating the reliability function value of the data, and made the preliminary judging of the transmitter and receiver's life distribution.Then, aiming at the life data's characteristics of multiply censored, we judged and selected appropriate statistical analysis method to do the transmitter and receiver's life data analysis and made conclusions:Firstly, complete the transmitter and receiver's choice of lifetime distribution through the flow chart method combining with the results of preliminary analysis of histogram method. Then, propose the improvedĪ‡2 test method to achieve the transmitter and receiver's selected 2 parameter Weibull distribution fit test. After that, use Monte Carlo simulation to solve the problem of choocing parameter point estimation method; then selected the Maximum Likelihood Estimation method and the Fisher Matrix method to do the point and interval estimation of the unknown parameters of the 2 parameter Weibull distribution.At last, drow various kinds of reliability plot and calculated some reliability eigenvalues, then gave series of corresponding reliability analysis conclusions.Finally, the paper summarized the work done and did some prospects.
