Aiming at rolling linear guide’s problems of reliability testing norms and standards, analysis and make research on the reliability testing of roller linear guide. Formulate the routine course of reliability testing for the country of roller linear guide reliability test standards and evaluation method of reliability, and promote the competitiveness of roller linear guide in the country.Research and analysis on the reliability evaluation indicators and parameter requirements of roller linear guide, and formulate the reliability study course process.According to the reliability indices and parameter requirements of roller linear guide, design a set of load and run suitable for one of the reliability test bench. According to both functional and performance requirements determine test and reliability rig’s programme principles of three-dimensional modeling, analysis and comparison of design and structure improvement; combined with functional reliability test parameters on test drive running device and loading device for structural design and analysis and calculations and finite element analysis on key parts.According to both functional and performance requirements build a platform for measurement and control hardware, design and analysis test system software platform. Considered to the reliability evaluation indicators and parameters of linear rolling guide pairs with both three-dimensional structure of character, choose the CNC systems, required for test rig data acquisition card, motor and reducer, various types of sensors. Compile the measure and control system software environment with the selected instrument for roller linear guide reliability test rig.Analysis and deal with the fault modes of roller linear guide. Detailed introduce roller linear guide various fault modes of effects and make FMEA analysis on roller linear guide based on RPN risk coefficient. Calculate the pattern on mean time between failure MTBF and mean distance between failures LMTBF of roller linear guide based on reliability test.
