As the automotive electronic stability program(ESP)outstanding performance in terms of active safety is recognized by more and more people in the industry insiders,the amount of the assembly of ESP becomes larger and larger.In recent years,a small number of countries have requested that all new cars must be configured for the system.The ESP actively intervenes in the braking system and the power system by obtaining the sensor information of the driver's operation and the vehicle state to obtain good handling stability.ESP products development and late matching test is still a hot research content for the domestic automotive experts and scholars.The lack of evaluation criteria is an important factor restricting the development of ESP products in China.ESP system has gradually developed into the standard car,but our country does not have specific regulations or standards to evaluate the ESP.Most of China's major OEMs need an experienced driver to subjective evaluation,or refer to the relevant foreign evaluation test.For the status quo,this paper focuses on the evaluation method ESP hardware in the loop test platform,ESP and ESP system control logic,hoping could play a certain role in promoting the development of the domestic ESP system.The following will be a detailed description of the focus of this part of the study.1.The working principle of ESP system and the type and requirements of ECU demand signal are analyzed,and the overall scheme of ESP hardware ring test platform is designed.Including design,simulation software using hardware co-simulation as well as specific methods,through various analog signal to achieve the ECU board test platform in the loop.Designed resistance analog cards,speed cards and communication cards for the bench.2.The logic of ESP control algorithm is studied,and the Simulink algorithm model is built.The control objectives of ESP control are analyzed,and the control system is divided into wheel speed estimation,vehicle speed estimation,yaw rate calculation and centroid deflection calculation.The cooperative control principle of ABS and ESP is analyzed.3.The ESP system evaluation standard is put forward according to the relevant test methods at home and abroad.In this paper,the sine delay test,the fixed circle test,the double line test,the obstacle avoidance and the serpentine test are selected as the evaluation contents.The specific test flow and operation method of each experiment are introduced,and the relevant parameters are compared.The four parameters of the comparison of the parameters,the ratio of the vehicle speed,the stability of the center of mass spectrum and the stability domain are proposed4.The test results were evaluated.After the test,the ESP system is evaluated by drawing the contrast curve and the extraction parameter calculation method.The strategy is analyzed per the different working conditions,and the deficiency of the strategy is pointed out.At the same time,the evaluation method proposed above is verified.
