Study On Overhaul Project Management Of No. 600 MW Unit In Guohua Ninghai Power Plant

Guohua Ninghai power plant put into operation at present total installed capacity of 4400MW, two construction of power plant,4 600MW sub critical coal-fired units completed on November 20,2006;and 2 sets of 1000MW ultra supercritical coal-fired units to achieve double the production in 2009. Overhaul as an important part of the production run in No.2 unit, with maintenance time is tight, multi transformation project, heavy workload, safety requirements, hard of quality acceptance, the characteristic of high coordination complex information and resources etc; at the same time, the overhaul is a key period in the production operation of the unit, the overhaul quality and duration directly influence to the security and economical operation of the No.2 unit.In this paper, combined with the reference of Guohua ninghai Power Plant Overhaul Management brothers whole process, combined with the plant maintenance management experience, according to the characteristics of No.2 unit in Ninghai power plant, research project management overhaul of No.2 Unit,No.2 unit of overhaul project cost, safety, quality, schedule control and management.In this paper, the main research contents include the following three parts:The first part, an overview of No.2 unit in Ninghai power plant overhaul project;The second part, the plan management of No.2 unit in Ninghai power plant overhaul project;The third part, the implementation of the control of No.2 unit in Ninghai power plant overhaul project.The article finally summarized the existence of No.2 unit in Ninghai power plant overhaul project problems, puts forward improvement measures, in order to rationalize the overhaul project management processes, improve maintenance quality management and safety production management level plays a certain role, machine overhaul for the group of Ninghai power plant and to provide the theoretical support for the same type of power plant.
