Equipment maintenance is an importantpower production enterprise cost, how to do for the maintenance of equipment maintenance,create profits for the company to provide security become important research topics of ourmaintenance staff.Z corporation as a power fuel supplies production enterprises, with the strategic goalsand function adjustment, coal business volume has increased dramatically, device for overloadoperation. Equipment wear need overhaul. Overhaul project management in the new situationhas exposed that the implementation effect is not ideal.In order to solve this problem, based on the Z company1#ship unloader overhaulproject as an example, using the knowledge of project schedule management system analysis,guidance and implementation of the project overhaul. Through the WBS, network diagramand critical path method, reasonable planning and control of the entire overhaul project,finally the ship unloader overhaul project completed two days in advance.
