With the rapid development of road transport, there are more and more tunnel construction, for the scal is bigger and bigger, the geological conditions are more and more complex, technology demands are increasingly high, the tunnel construction has become increasingly difficult. Meanwhile, the tunnel construction process has a hidden, narrow working space, formation conditions, uncertainties and other characteristics, determines the tunneling process is a complex and volastile, risky large dynamic process. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of tunnel construction goals, the need for tunnel construction risk management and risk control. To ensure the security in construction of mountain tunnel, it is necessary to take a research on the risk management in mountain highway tunnel construction..As for the inadequate risk assessment and evaluation system in the current construction of mountain highway tunnel, use engineering research, theoretical analysis, engineering and other methods to carry out mountain highway tunnel construction and application of risk assessment. Research and results are as follows:(1) The paper elaborates the basic concepts of risk, and that the personnel, machinery, environment and management role of the four major factors affecting the risk level of mountain highway tunnel, on this basis, here are the staff-Mechanical-Environmental-Management system, and on this system, do analysis about the mountain highway tunnel construction.like basic meaning of risk, risk identification, risk assessment, risk evaluation and other related concepts, at the same time, introduce the concept of the risk management performance analysis to the risk in mountain highway tunnel construction. Then set up a risk assessment pattern of mountain highway tunnel construction.(2) Collect and collate the domestic 87 cases of the past 20 years mountain highway tunnel construction accident data. And sort out the accidents in terms of types of accidents, job content and casualties caused by accidents. With the staff-Mechanical-Environmental-Management system, establish a risk assessment system of mountain highway tunnel construction.(3) Based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, use expert surveys and the method of combining theoretical analysis, establish an easy and strong applicability risk assessment model of mountain highway tunnel construction:first, evaluate the risky factor of mountain highway tunnel construction through AHP, quantify the risky factor of mountain highway tunnel construction through fuzzy Set Theory; then creat a membership function with probability of the risk factors and occurrence of the consequences combine with fuzzy statistics and experiences of experts, provides a reliable basis for the implementation of risk assessment of mountain highway tunnel constru.(4) Based at Total quality control in engineering, propsed the concept of total quality management in risk mountain road tunnel construction, and on this basis, established process maps of risk assessment of mountain highway tunnel construction.(5) With the Risk Assessment Model of mountain highway tunnel construction, do an assessment and its Application on ShiGu tunnel.
