The highway engineering builded by BOT mode increases gradually in our country in recent years. At the same time, analysis for this kind of project investment risk is still not mature,that bring some trouble and confusion investment in such project investors.It’s an urgent problem to be solved,that how to accurately identify the risks,scientifically assess the risks,effectively avoid the risk,so as to provide basis for decision making of investment decision makes.The improved analytic hierarchy process was used to assess the bot highway projects.
