With the rapid development of transportation in China, the construction scale of tunnel project is increasing. However, due to the special geological conditions, the project management and construction of the complex factors have brought a lot of uncertainty to the tunnel construction. These factors will not only increase the cost, but also cause engineering accidents.Because the influencing factors of tunnel engineering are not independent, but related to each other. How to identify the influencing factors and how to formulate a feasible risk assessment method for tunnel engineering has always been one of the problems studied by many scholars.Risk assessment is the most important step in risk management.Identify, estimate and evaluate risks and propose contingency plans. The mountain highway tunnel project is expensive, the construction period is long, the coverage scope is wide.Because of the many uncertain factors in the site, the possibility of the tunnel safety accidents in the construction process is great. Before, many accidents were caused not only by the causes of the accidents, but also by the lack of discussion on the prevention measures. It also includes site construction and personnel management. How to ensure the safety of the project and how to carry out and complete the project economically are all issues that should be considered by the project decision makers and researchers nowadays. The risk management of tunnel engineering in our country is not deep enough in practice and theory,so it is necessary to study its theory and application.Firstly, the paper explains the research background and significance of this paper, the current situation of tunnel engineering research at home and abroad, then introduces the risk management of Longzhou Bay tunnel construction, and then uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to identify the risk of the project. The risk assessment model is established and the related factors affecting tunnel construction are analyzed. At last, the finite element software is used to simulate the ZK9+ 620 ?ZK9 +765 ?ZK9 +830 of the left line constructionsection of Longzhou Bay Tunnel, and the comparison between the numerical simulation value and the field measured value is made.Analyze, formulate emergency plan and monitoring measures, implement dynamic monitoring of risk.Based on the actual project of Longzhou Bay Tunnel in Chongqing, this paper obtains and identifies the construction risk factors of the tunnel, establishes a risk assessment model and carries out a probabilistic analysis. Finally,a separate numerical simulation and field monitoring analysis are carried out to analyze the instability of the face of the palm.Using real-time and dynamic emergency plan and monitoring measures, the conclusion shows that this measure and emergency plan is feasible. The risk of section ZK9 +620 ?ZK9+ 765?ZK9+ 830 is obtained by risk assessment and risk classification of the ZK9+ 115~ZK9 +980 section of Longzhou Bay Tunnel on the left line of Longzhou Bay Tunnel. The risk probability estimation, comprehensive evaluation and corresponding measures are carried out for these three sections. The simulated values of the three sections are basically consistent with the measured values, and all of them are in controllable range. The conclusion of risk assessment is proved to be correct for both simulated and measured values.
