Bionic design is a product design method, which has a profound history and rich practical experience. It is the most breadth inspiration resource of the human world. Simultaneously, compared to other design methods, bionic is more close to nature, more dynamic and innovative. In today's emphasizing on humanization design and advocating returning to nature, undoubtedly, bionic design will become the highlight of the design methods.This paper defines the concept of"bionic","bionics"at the beginning which are related to the bionic design, and then research on the classification of bionic design methods.
