In recent years,as design research has shifted from linear to nonlinear,the application of rational scientific research methods in product modeling bionic design research has become the general trend.Nowadays,the product modeling bionic design process is based on the guiding principle of perceptuality,and there are certain vague and uncertain factors.Therefore,in order to break this phenomenon,this paper attempts to construct a lattice topological model of product bionic modeling design with the theoretical methods of nonlinear disciplines such as lattice method,topology,and visual dynamics.Strive to neutralize too many perceptual factors in the product bionic modeling design process through rational methods,thereby making the product bionic modeling design more efficient and scientific;at the same time avoid the loss of recognition of the final bionic modeling product plan,and then be able to complete the user's bionic product design Cognitive matching of biological images.First,the paper analyzes the general product modeling bionic design process,and locks in the relatively vague and uncertain goals.Secondly,it conducts in-depth research and analysis on the theories of lattice method,topology and visual dynamics,and conducts correlation research on related theoretical methods and product bionic modeling design.Third,try to construct a set of lattice topological models that integrate biomorphology and product ontology,and use the lattice method and the stability of the target object in the form recognition,form deformation and form migration in the topology to model the biological in the product bionic design Recognize the control,and then improve the scientific and efficient design process of product bionic modeling.In the bidirectional determination of design goals,bidirectional analysis of biological prototype features and product target structural features,and extraction of matching parts that match the two;in the morphological lattice topological fusion link,based on the theoretical basis of the lattice method,the product The outer contour of the target and the biological prototype are fused,and the parts that can fit the two are extracted,and the internal element shape is fused to it.On the premise that the overall topological properties are unchanged,the topological relationship between the biological feature point elements is changed adjacently to obtain The prototype of the fusion product shape with different topological relationships;in the visual dynamics development process,based on thebiometrics constraints,the internal elements of the product are deduced through visual dynamics;in the evaluation process,after the product bionic modeling program is generated,the perceptual engineering is used Methods to evaluate whether the bionic design scheme meets the requirements of user cognitive matching.Finally,the lattice topological model is applied to the innovative design of the bionic modeling of the remote control of the SANY pump truck,and its feasibility is verified.Based on the dot-matrix method and topology,this paper tentatively introduces into the product modeling bionic design process,and creatively constructs a dot-matrix topology model,which establishes rational constraints for the bio-identification of the product modeling bionic design process,and The effectiveness of its method is verified.In terms of research,this is not only a supplement to the lack of current bionic modeling design theory,but also an extension of the product modeling bionic design method,which in turn improves the scientific and efficient work of designers in product modeling bionic design,and is a follow-up research Provide methodological reference.
