The Research On The Bionic Factors In Product Design

Nature, after thousands of years or even hundreds of millions of years of evolutionary achievements, designers and artists are never exhausted source of inspiration. Since ancient time, product design and biomimetic factors are closely related to human nature in imitation of natural learning activities lead to bionic widely used in product design activities.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background, purpose and significance of bionic design, summarizes the basic theory of bionic design, the bionic design theory of morphological and product morphology, the type of bionic products and the methods and procedures, etc. The aim of this paper is to promote the development of morphological bionics design methods and theories in product modeling to a higher level.Secondly, based on the existing basic methods and ideas of morphological bionic design, the theoretical models from the biological prototype to the bionic design program and from the product problem to the biomimetic bionic design program were established. Procedures and methods, namely:to establish the design concept, biological morphology optimization, visualization of the program, the program of products, market-oriented products. The author through bioproducts such as Lianpeng design practice, the structure of the product bionic design methods and procedures to verify.The infinite power of nature is beyond the reach of mankind, which is doomed to the human nature as the mother of the inevitable and eternal. It can be seen that green ecological design and sustainable design are the trend of future development. Bionic design to lead the human return to nature, to promote harmony between mankind and nature.
