Urban muck trucks,as a means of transporting earth,sand,rubbish,etc.,are an indispensable part of urban construction.In the early days,the product had undesirable phenomena such as dripping,speeding,and frequent traffic accidents.The urban muck truck that was originally a "beautiful city builder" has become synonymous with "dirty,messy,and poor".With the gradual standardization of my country’s management system for the dump truck industry and the implementation of new standards,urban dump trucks are also constantly being transformed and upgraded.Because their design will directly affect the image and style of a city,they are becoming more and more popular.The government and related enterprises pay attention to it.At present,there are few domestic research results related to the design of urban muck trucks,and the research objects are mostly focused on dump trucks with similar functions and a certain degree of substitution.Therefore,this article starts from the perspective of theoretical cross-research,based on the innovative design method combining perceptual engineering and bionic design,and discusses the modeling design method of urban muck truck.And completed the conceptual design of an urban muck truck.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Based on the perceptual engineering design process,collect perceptual image vocabulary and conceptual urban muck truck-related model sample pictures,combine the KJ method and SD method to screen the two,and find 14 pairs of image words that meet the design of the urban muck truck and 28 vehicle samples.Based on the idea of bionic design,the multi-scale method is used to find the style factor word pairs that affect the design of the urban muck truck,and the three animals of elephant,deer and cow are selected as bionic prototypes by combining with the vehicle sample images obtained in the early stage.According to the product semantic experiment method,the vehicle samples obtained from the preliminary screening are divided into four modules: front face modeling module,body modeling module,wheel modeling module,and car top modeling module.The morphological analysis of each module is carried out to obtain the morphological coding table.Combined with expert evaluation experiments,the first modeling optimization strategy was concluded.Based on the perceptual intention analysis method,collect and analyze perceptual questionnaires on vehicle samples in four aspects: shape,color,material and overall feeling,draw image scale diagrams,understand consumer preferences,and form a second optimization strategy.Using elephants,deer,and cows as bionic objects,the bionic design sketches and modeling iterations were carried out.Experts evaluated and determined to use cattle as the final bionic objects.Combining the two modeling optimization strategies in the early stage,the design plan was optimized and iterated again.Use relevant software to construct a three-dimensional model and present its final effect.Through the above research,this article has determined the image vocabulary describing the shape of the urban concept muck truck,and combined the bionic design method to carry out the modeling design of the urban concept muck truck,enriching the research content of the design of the urban muck truck,and used it for other transportation vehicles.Modeling design provides theoretical reference. |
