Software Development And Application Of Benefit Post-evaluation For Kunming-An'ning Freeway

The benefit post-evaluation of freeway project is an important means for scientific management of project operation, and also is the core of the project post-evaluation. Our evaluation of the project started late, but it's developing fast. We can perfect the method and improve the efficiency by study the benefit post-evaluation of freeway.In this dissertation, the basic theories and evaluation model of national economic benefits and financial benefit post-evaluation are introduced first. We obtained corresponding basic data by the survey. Establish the freeway society benefit evaluation model by the method of fuzzy evaluation.Then, based on the theory evaluation model above, benefit post-evaluation system has been empoldered adopting Visual C++6.0 software. This system include data input module, freeway national economic benefit evaluation module and freeway financial benefit evaluation module, database using Microsoft Access2003.Finally, base on the survey, this paper takes benefit post-evaluation system tocalculate the national economic benefit and the financial benefit of Kunming～An'ning freeway. The result shows Kunming-An'ning freeway is not only have ability to resist risks but also made great contributions for surrounding areas. Take fuzzy evaluation method and Matlab calculation method to analyze the Social benefits. The result shows Kunming-An'ning freeway itself has good financial situation and very good anti-risk ability.
