With the rapid development of social economy,demand of electricity has increased every year,in order to protect the power supply,power engineering construction will become a hot spot in recent years,and the power transmission project is an important part of power engineering construction,power engineering construction is the key to control power transmission,In this paper, project post-evaluation analysis and research,through the management of post-evaluation and efficiency evaluation two aspects to evaluate the integrity of the rational.Through the research of this paper, the basic content of power engineering and the method of post evaluation are deeply studied,which provide useful guidance and reference for the planning and implementation of the follow-up construction project.The problem of evaluation according to the Shanxi Anyu 220kV power transmission project, at first research and analysis the development process of project post evaluation,and study the experts reviewed and compared with the evaluation method on the use of in-depth study on the method of combining theory and practice through the preparatory work done above,combining with the project, making the evaluation index system and evaluation scheme of concrete,concrete is divided into management evaluation and benefit management, including pre construction and post-evaluation of bidding management, design management, financing management,contract management,project progress,project quality,project investment, safety management, engineering supervision management, benefit post evaluation including financial evaluation,production operation evaluation,environmental and social benefits evaluation, comprehensive post evaluation, through the evaluation of these methods, detailed analysis of the entire process of construction of power transmission and transformation project, the evaluation results and the actual operation data for comparison, achieve the goal of comprehensive analysis of the project and project success degree, so as to give comprehensive evaluation conclusions and recommendations, for the power transmission project evaluation of the standardized,systematic further study provide the effective evaluation methods, to provide effective technical means to strength the project management of the power transmission project.
