| With the development of China’s economic strength,the construction of highway has speeded up the steps.Highway construction is not only can promote the further development of our economy,but also can facilitate people to travel,therefore,the construction of highway is of great significance for the sustainable development of economy in our country.But due to the construction of the highway,with large investment,long construction period,repayment pressure etc.,which contain various risks must be taken seriously,otherwise is likely to cause the highway after the completion of operating at a loss.So how to improve the anti-risk ability of highway construction projects is more and more important.Economic benefits for the highway has been built after the evaluation,to project a better operating instruction,but also serve as a reference for the follow-up of highway construction project reference.This article first to the highway construction project economic benefits post evaluation were summarized,including its concept,characteristics,content and method,and try to establish the highway construction project economic benefits post evaluation index system.Then YT highway construction project,using the relevant index to the financing plan,finance,national economic benefits post evaluation,and analyzes its reason for changes,mainly by policy adjustment,rising prices,loan interest,design change,the change of time span and the proportion of vehicles.Finally based on the problems found,put forward from the government’s policy support,strengthening the project investment control,improve operational efficiency and pay attention to the whole process of evaluation after the four aspects to improve the economic benefits of the project policy recommendations.After the highway construction project economic efficiency evaluation can be better to provide guidance to the highway construction projects,promote the benign development of the high way construction project. |
