Research Of Practical Operation Of GMDSS Equipment Simulator Evaluation System

GMDSS was developed and implemented by the InternationalMaritime Or-gani-zation, the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System, the system is subject to the "1979 International Convention on Maritime Search and Rescue", in essence, GMDSS is a globalcommunications network, mainly for the global maritime distress, urgency, Secure communication and conventional communicationintegrated commu-nications system. Therefore, students who maritime institutions, a skilled mas-ter GMDSS communication is the most basic skills one must master. To this end, GMDSS teaching and research has become an increasingly important issue.In the early 80 century, the introduction of the GMDSS simulator universities, since then, using the simulator to become an important part of teaching navigation. Because the simulator, low cost,easy installation,a high degree of simulation, com-munication simulation and high, to prevent false alarms and many other advantages, the simulator in the major institutions and training organiza-tions access to a wide range of promotion.Currently,GMDSS simulator in the use of a very long time, from which we also received a number of relevant experience, but also found a lot of the shortcomings of the existing GMDSS simulator, and were studied for these shortcomings and im-prove that GMDSS Continuous improvement of the function of the simulator and make it morerealistic. Our equipment for the practical operation of GMDSS Simulatorfunc-tion was assessed with the actual research and teaching, and findall kinds of simulator evaluation function can not meet the requirements of the country's education system, and the evaluation function is too simple, too subjec-tive, not a real and effective controlof student knowledge and skills to assess the situation. Throughaccess to a large number of documents, understand the previouss-tudies on the GMDSS Simula-tor simulator devices are often focused on whether the simulation is complete, whether the extent of realisticcommunication simula-tion,the simulator interface is realistic, whetherthe net-work simulator based on-line simulation And other is-sues,almost no assessment on the simulator system. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to combine the use of TGS-4100 simulator, on top of, the specific structure of an education system in line with ourassessment of the real operating system. This work includes: 1. On the TGS-4100 simulator in detail, analyzes the structure of the software, data files, communications and so on.2. On a systematic appraisal theory and measurement theory applied to the sys-tem development.3. Examination and evaluation system to build a development platform, and a de-tailed system design, database design, business processdesign work.4. Proposed by TGS-4100 and the examination and evaluation systemfor data inter-action between the combination of examination and evaluation system to meet the requirements of practical application.5. The examination and evaluation system in my teaching and research for the practical application of communication, organized a number of assessment, the total number of 1647 people to participate in a ssessment (as of press time period).
