The Research Of Kunming Residential Differentiation

Residential space is an important component of urban material space,and the urban residential differentiation is spatial result which based on the compostion of force of citizen's consuming decisions differentiation in real estate market.These years, with the improvement of urban living standards, Spatial distribution of urban living have taken place in the division, and the differentiation of the structure of the urban residentia space has become more evident. As China's economy is in a transition period, the urban residential differentiation dosen't totally follow the objective economic laws of space, but easily into the extreme of the residence isolation, thereby undermining the overall harmony of the city, affecting the overall welfare of urban residents and brought a lot of social problems. Under this background, this paper mainly studies on the phenomenon of residential differentiation of Kunming,and by studying its internal foming mechanism,the paper proposes more feasible control strategy for China's urban residential differentiation.The article is composed of three parts:Part 1:Research background,singnifiance,methods and structure are posted.Then,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of correlative therories in order to make sure where the"jumping-off place"of this article should be.Part 2:A research on internal mechanism.The article interprets the socialization process of urban residential differentiation,and puts forward the internal mechanism of Kunming urban residential differentiation by studying its residential differentiation status.Part 3:Research on strategy.Based on the studies of Kunming city living space differentiation status and its impact on city, the paper gives several feasible strategy which can reduce the disadvantages of Kunming urban residential differentiation.
