The Research On The Reform Of The Model Of The Talents Training Of Life Science

Through studying the science history,Kuhn put forward the rule of science development.It was the "paradigm theory" which Kuhn brought forward in the book named the structure of science revolution.. Kuhn believed that the road of the science evolution was a cycle road:the former science----the routine science----abnormality--crisis----the science revolution----the new routine science,which is endless.The evolution paradigm of life science has taken revolutionary changes,which has entered into molecular biology and systematic biology.The paradigm change of life science called for the challenge and demand to the talents training:strong foundation and wide knowledge;the comprehensive ability of analysis and solving problems;innovative thought and team-group spirit. In order to keep up with the development of life science,our universities have to make further reform and ajustment so that we can cultivate a lot of talents with innovation.According to this condition, the author has selected Harvard University and the Massaehusetts Institute of Technology in the US and summarized some advantages advanced thoughts and ideas of education,the whole-development training goal,open course system and flexile choice,comprehensive lessons. Through the comparation of the model of innovative talents training in high level research universities between China and America, the author summarized the problems and disadvantages of the university of China, such as the unadvanced ideas of education, the thoughts of training lack of personality and whole development, the supposed training goal, the simplified speciality and training mode,the close course system,the unflexible teaching method, the unsubstantial experiment and practice,and so on.Finally some suggestion was given on the reform of the model of talents training of life science based on the paradigm change of life science.The author believed it was a systemic project of talents training,including teachers and students,ideas and system,the soft environment and the hardware environment,which needed compositive construction with many aspects.We should reform the ideal of training,set up new goal of training and a variety of speciality and training mode,put forward open course system and flexible teaching method,strengthen the experiment practice.
