Research Into Implementation Strategy Of College Physical Culture Education

With the development of the society, the rejuvenation of humane education and the mixture between scientific spirit and humanistic spirit have become an issue, which results in the educators' concern all over the world. Physics education is one important part of science education, should adapt to the tends of educational development and develop the physical culture education actively.In the advanced education, one phenomenon , college teachers don't pay enough attention to the physical culture education, only few scholars research it. The other phenomenon, college teachers have emphasized the physical culture education, but they do not know how to do. Therefore, this research has not only important theoretical valuation, but also practical valuation.Based on emotional education, quality education and teacher specialization, the author analyzed and studied a lot of literature material, proposed seven application strategies. (1)Reform the structure of college courses. Some suggestions that aimed at liberal arts speciality, science majors and engineering specialty,has been proposed. (2)Edit textbooks giving prominence to physical culture. First of all, pointed out some advice according to the textbook contents of science majors and engineering speciaity,and gave an example about modifying textbook contents. Secondly, pointed out some advice according to the textbook contents of liberal arts speciality by comparing two sets textbooks. (3)Create the environment emphasizeing on physical culture. The implementation of the strategy can be used in two ways. First, build the physical culture environment of the campus. Second, build the network environment about physical culture. Some suggestions are proposed, according to the characteristics of campus environment and the network environment. (4) Enhance the teachers' qualities of physical culture. Developing teachers' qualities can use the methods of establishing specialized training, reforming workable appraisal system, and publishing specialized materials and so on.(5) Change physical teaching methods. Teaching methods impact on the development of the students. Through specific case, the author show some teaching methods which are suitable for physical culture teaching. (6) Change physical learning type. Students should be improved the physical learning style, they can use reception learning, self-regulated learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning and other learning methods. In study, it is necessary to learn the basic knowledge and basic physical skills, and it is important to learn physical methods and physical ideas. (7)Reform the evaluation of physics curriculum. Reform the former evaluation, using the diversified assessment system.
