Research On Earthquake Disaster Management

Earthquake disaster is one of the most significant natural disasters to the development of society and economy. Based on the present research on the earthquake disaster management, according to the earthquake disaster characters, this paper studies the earthquake disaster management from the angle of disaster management.It also thoroughly analyzes the characters and inner elements of the earthquake disaster management, studies the thoughts of the earthquake disaster management theory, and analyzes faction of the earthquake disaster management, which provides substantial theatrical support for the establishing of the earthquake disaster management system. Firstly, based on the regularity of earthquake disaster, some characters of the earthquake disaster are summarized, and disaster management is emphasized as one of the powerful tool for reducing natural disaster in this paper. Secondly, based on the lessons and experience accumulated by our predecessors, the thought of research on the earthquake disaster management is presented. Finally, earthquake disaster management system has been discussed. Analyzing the disaster of Wenchuan earthquake, earthquake disaster management system has been discussed ulterior.This paper focuses on the hot problem of this field. It has close logic interrelation and relatively complete research aim and system. The theory, idea and method for settling the corresponding problems have great instructions. The research establishes the important basis for the risk management system and has important theoretical and practical value.The innovation points of this paper are: constructing the framework of present-day earthquake disaster management theory, setting up a new disaster management theory system, including the methods of disaster management, earthquake disaster information management, and emergency reacting system.
