Pangquangou National Nature Reserve located in the middle of Mt.Luliang in Shanxi Province, China and northwest Jiaocheng Fangshan Country northeast. It lies between 111°22' ~ 111°33'E ,37°45 '~ 37°55'N,About 15 km north-south,east-west width of 14.5 km, with a total area of about 10443.5hm2. The complicated terrain features of the area breed rich plant resources. The hope for the study of bryophytes in Shanxi Province and China provide datum for the statistics and analysis of bryophyte along with exploit and utility of plant resources in the area of Pangquangou Reserve, and will provide supplementary material .In this paper, the author systematically studied more than 1200 packages of bryophytes, and found out that 192 species (including 1 subspecies, 12 varieties)of bryophytes have been found, which belonging to 63 genera and 29 families. Among which there are 14 species of liverworts belonging to 9 genera and 8 families and 178 species of mosses(including 1 subspecies, 12 varieties)belong to 54 genera and 21 families. 2 families, 12 genera and 89 species are new records to Shanxi Province. The checklist of bryophyte in the area of Pangquangou Nature Reserveis listed in the appendix. According to these specimens, keys of families and genera of bryophytes in the area of Pangquangou Nature Reserve have been worked out. And the author summarized the main identifiable features at the genera level. Some pictures of new reported species have been drawn. In the thesis, the author studied its geographical elements, compared the species abundance, the generic similarity coefficient, the phytogeographical elrments, and analyzed the floristic spectrum using the method of Principal Component Analysis(PCA) . According to the comparison between the area of Pangquangou Nature Reserve and other 8 areas, The abundance of the bryophytes of Pangquangou Nature Reserve lower than the other 8 area. The conclusions, based on the above research, are as follows:The phytogeographical compositions of the bryoflora of Pangquangou Nature Reserve have 104 species of North temperate elements(59.20%), 32 East Asiatic elements (18.38%), This conclusion reflects the temperate zone and East Asiatic characteristics of this region .The area of Pangquangou Nature Reserve, Mt.Xiaowutai, Mt.Tianshan and Mt.Yuntai have the higher similarity coefficients; while the area of Pangquangou Nature Reserve and Mt. Jiudonglu have very low similarity coefficient. which accords with the Chen bangjie'(1963)treatise about the Chinese bryophyte floristic area.Principal Component Analysi(sPCA) of the Floristic Spectrum shows that the area of Pangquangou Nature Reserve , Mt. Laoshan, Mt.Changbai, Mt. Yuntai, the area of upper reaches of Luanhe river, Mt. Xiaowutai and Mt. Qilaotu belong to one group, Mt. Jiudonglu and Mt. Tianshan are individually in two groups.According to the growth substrate and ecological environment of bryophyte in the area of Pangquangou Reserve, the bryophyte community can be classified into 4 types, which are Hydrophytia, Petrophytia, Geophytia and Epixylophytia. The distributing type of bryophyte community in the area of Pangquangou Nature Reserve is influented by the seed plants community. There are abundant bryophytes from Meadow-shrub zone in the valley, ghyll of Low-mountain to Mid-mountain coniferous-broadleaf forest zone. The trend is that abundance of bryophyte community ascends firstly and then drops from the foot to the top. |
