Soil fungi refer to the fungi that complete the whole or part of their life cycle in soil as the activity place. They are the foundation of soil ecosystem and have rich diversity, among which semi-known fungi are the most, and hypha accounts for the majority of semi-known fungi. It is a kind of important asexual fungi.Guizhou Fodingshan National Nature Reserve has intact natural ecological primeval forest and rich fungal resources. It has a vast area and is called "animal and plant gene bank".It has obvious humid climate characteristics of the mid-subtropical monsoon mountain, warm and humid, and abundant rainfall, providing a good ecological environment for biological reproduction. The investigation on the diversity of soil hypha fungi in this area will enrich the species bank of this group of fungi, and lay a foundation for the research, protection and utilization of hypha resources in this area.In this study, more than 500 soil samples were collected from Foding Mountain National Nature.Reserve from 2018 to 2020,and 333 strains were isolated by plate dilution method,including47 strains of Filaria, all of which were stored in the Strain Preservation Center(GUCC)of Guizhou University. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by MP,ML and BI methods, and the strains were identified by morphological characteristics. The strains belonged to 18 families,26 genera and 34 species. There are 5 new species and 1 new record species in China. The new species are Gliocladiopsis guizhouensis Jianhong Hu & Yong Wang sp.nov,Scolecobasidium tuberculatum Jianhong Hu & Yong Wang sp.nov,Scolecobasidium subhyalinae Jianhong Hu &Yong Wang sp.nov,Cladoscolecobasidium guizhouense Jianhong Hu & Yong Wang sp.nov,Rhinocladiella sp Jianhong Hu & Yong Wang sp.nov.The new recorded species is Scleroconidioma sphagnicola Jianhong Hu & Yong Wang. The morphology of each species was described and briefly discussed. All isolated specimens were stored in plant Pathology Laboratory(GUCC)of Guizhou University. The species diversity of soil hyphomycete in Fodingshan National Nature Reserve was statistically analyzed. It was found that there were 24 soil hyphomycete species, belonging to 16 genera,10 families,a total of34 strains. There were 10 species of Hyphomycete pallens, belonging to 8 families and 10 genera,13 strains in total.
