Yangjifeng Nature Reserve is located at northeast of Jiangxi province, between 117°11′30″~ 117°28′40″E and 27°51′10″~28°02′20″N。Located in subtropical climatic belt,Yangjifeng's main vegetation is middle evergreen broad-leaf forests. The average height is between 126-1540.9m.In this paper, more than 3000 bryophyte specimens in Yangjifeng Nature Reserve are systematically studied. The author found out 57 families, 133 genera and 297 species, among which 91 species in 39 genera and 24 families belong to Hepaticae, 206 species in 94genera and 33 families belong to Musci. In this investigation, 1 gennera and 11 species, which belong to 8 genera, are firstly reported for Jiangxi province, and also had been described. Bound to the analysis of this area, 11 advantage families and 19 advantage genera are the bulk of this Nature Reserve. In this reserve, the East Asian elements are the most important part of this area which contains 93 species corresponding to 34.70% of the total. The Temperate elements are 78 species accounting for 29.10% of the total. The Tropical elements list the third by 78 species, which accounting for 29.10% of the total. The Tropical elements are equal to the Temperate elements. According to this information, the reserve has become a transitional area because of the Tropical and the subtropical types expanded toward the north and the temperate types expanded toward the south. However, this characteristic has matched the geographical location whereabouts. In order to know more about the bryoflora in this region and its relationship to the adjacent or related 9 areas including Changbai Moutain,Gutian Moutain, Jinfo Moutain, Dawei Moutain, et al., the author compared the species abundance, the generic similarity coefficient and the phytogeographical elements. The conclusion, based on the above research, as follows: it has the most relationship with Matoushan Nature Reserve and Gutian Moutain, the generic similarity coefficient is 70.64% and 69.26%; less with Changbai Moutain, East tian Moutain and Xiaowutai Moutain. Matou Moutain is the same condition that East-Asian elements are dominance, Tropic elements and North temperature elements are the same at the second place. It is also consistent with the actual location of the various regions. The bryophytes of Yangjifeng Nature Reserve is divided to medicinal bryophytes, horticulturebryophytes, water and soil conservation bryophytes, environmental monitoring bryophytes, and crafts bryophytes. There is only one endangered species, Brachythecium homocladum, to be found inYangjifeng Nature Reserve, but the author think that it will be found more in the future.
