Physics is a subject which based on experiment in essence. Physics is really separated from natural philosophy when experimental methods were introduced into physics research, in physics, concepts were Formed on experiments, so, demonstration plays an important role in grasping of concepts and principles for students;otherwise, teachers can kindle students' interest with lively demonstrations in classroom.Now, demonstrations are attached importance to widely in middle school, but the situation looks black in high school which is resulted from a lack of investment and paying no regard to.This thesis mainly study on how to improve the effect in allusion to some problems which existed in demonstration teaching.In part one, the thesis mainly talks about concept and characteristics of demonstration, besides, the fundamentals and theoretical foundations of demonstration teaching are also introduced in this part.In part two, the thesis mainly talks about the situation of teaching of University Physics demonstration in U.S.A, Germany, Hong Kong and Taiwan.In part three, the thesis mainly talks about the actuality of teaching of University Physics demonstration in China based on analysis of vast theses and summarize the merits and demerits existed.In part four, the thesis mainly research on teaching improvement referred to the problems which found in the front part of the thesis.In the end, the research is summarized.
