With the further development of China' s reform & open-door policy and the change of demand on human resources for economic type transformation, the structure, classification and aim of education has also changed. The development of professional education of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone shares similar experiences. In the development of Shenzhen professional education, however, there appears some problems non-neglectful and waiting for urgent solutions, among which is the existence of students' difficulty in mathematics, which has been the main handicap of the professional high school' s quality of teaching, especially of mathematics teaching. Therefore, to made study on the research of students with mathematics difficulties is of true importance on the raising educational quality and nurturing the practical talents suitable for the need of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone' s development.This essay discusses the issue raised here from the following points:Firstly, it clarified the definition of the mathematics difficulty students based on world wide research, indicating that the students with mathematics difficulty are those with normal wit yet met difficulty in the process of mathematics' learning, which leads to low study effect & poor results and fail in meeting the normal subject or school standard.Secondly, it analyzed the performance of the student with mathematics difficulties and the method of such diagnosis.Thirdly, it analyzed the multiple reasons of such difficulty: as from the students' side, the ambiguity of learning purpose, lowerinterests in mathematics, lack of self learning conscious, and weak will in learning etc, and the external reasons might be social factors, effect from school or family.And fourthly, according to the actual situation of the students in difficulty, it offered possible ways for solutions: the first is to stimulate the motivation of students in professional high school, the second is to improve the educational environment, the third is to heighten the teachers' leading role and the last is to call for and make use of the active forces of the society to help with the students in difficulty.
