Learning Difficulties are the universal phenomenon inHigher Polytechnic. It hinders the full development ofstudents Many educationists and scholars have made muchresearch in difficulties of learning and thus got manyimportant conclusions. While little is on learning difficultystudentsin Higher Polytechnic. especially little is on mathematicslearning difficulty students(MLDS) and corresponding affectivefactors of non-intellectual in Higher PolytechnicPedagogy and educational psychology are the guidingtheory of this research. In terms of the precedingsituation this thesis, on the basis of inspecting thecorresponding learning difficulty research, uses thequestionnaire, analyzes the cause of mathematics learningdifficulty according to the students questionnaires in HunanCommunication Polytechnic and Changsha Communication Polytechnic,generalizes the MLDS affective characteristics and arguesthe corresponding tactics.The thesis consists of the following six parts:Chapter one: preface. According to the learning conditionof the students in Higher Polytechnic, put forward the topicof Higher Polytechnic students have difficulty in studyingmathematicsChapter two: Introduces the development and dynamics ofthe research on learning difficulty students at home andabroad, defines the concept of MLDS and analyzes the existing problems in teaching in College of ProfessionalEducationChapter three: Discusses the non-intellectual functions ofaffection in mathematics learning in College of HigherProfessional Education students.Chapter four: Investigates and analyzes the non-intellectual differences between the MLDS and the good studentsin mathematics learning, generalizes the non-intellectualaffective characteristics of MLDS in Higher Polytechnic.Chapter five: Specifically explores the correspondingstrategies to MLDS of Higher Polytechnic from four parts.Part six: Constructs a model of cultivating affection forMLDS and demonstrates its applied value in teaching test.The research and experiment on this Subject shows thatlaying emphasis on affective factors of MLDS and cultivatingaffection by taking effective methods and media inmathematics teaching in Higher vocational Education is ofgreat importance in helping to transform MLDS and makingthem have all parts of development.
