Emphasis is laid on the function of the Science Society of China and its contribution to the institutionalization of physics scientific study in China. The third part discusses several significant events during 1929-1949, an important period in the history of institutionalization of physics scientific study in China, especially the naissance and growth of the Academia Sinica and the Institution of Physics Research, which are recognized as symbols of institutionalization of physics study framework. The course is deeply analyzed by reviewing set-up of the framework, or "crust" , the colony of researchers and majors of studies. In the tag part, characteristics of physics study in China are summed up, social factors affecting the institutionalization are analyzed.
