A Study On Plant Landscape Of Asihatu Stone Forest Scenic Spot In Hexigten Global Geopark

Hexigten Geopark was built in 1998,established as a Global Geopark in 2005 by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) authorization.Hexigten Global Geopark is the only one Global Geopark of Inner Mongolia, including eight Scenic Spots now. Among them, unique granite stone forest landscape and beautiful plant landscape are main tourism resources of Asihatu Stone Forest Scenic Spot. The research about plant landscape of Asihatu Stone Forest Scenic Spot is basis of rational development,utilization and protection of tourism resources.Based on the related conception of tourist attractions, landscape, plant landscape and evaluation of landscape, this research selected the Asihatu Stone Forest Scenic Spot of Hexigten Global Geopark for the study, investigated the plant landscape resources at different seasons and collected specimens and pictures of wild ornamental plant at the same time, the model of plant landscape quality evaluation of Asihatu Stone Forest Scenic Spot was established by using Scenic Beauty Estimation Method(SBE).The results shows that, there are 185 species,2 subspecies and 14 varieties of wild ornamentel plants in this scenic spot, which are belonged to 39 plant family and 123 genus. In this paper,wild ornamental plants were classified according to the ornamentel season, ornamentel characteristics and life form. According to the statistics, the species of Asteraceae, Rosaceae, Fabaceae, Ranunculaceae, Liliaceae, Scrophulariaceae are the main ornamentel plants of this scenic spot. Based on the comprehensive analysis about ornamentel season, life form, travel routes, structure of Plant communities and characteristics (size of flower and inflorescence, colour of flower, size of fruit, color of fruit, fruit quantity, distribution of fruit, visible level of fruit, leaf color and leaf shape) and the length of ornamentel season of wild ornamentel plants, the main ornamentel plants can be selected.Collected the digital photos of plant landscape and 21 photos screened from that, the model of plant landscape quality evaluation of Asihatu Stone Forest Scenic Spot was established by using SBE. Modeling results show that, the major influencing factors of the Plant landscape of Asihatu Stone Forest Scenic Spot are distribution of arbor, tree leaves, distribution of shrub, area of grassland, herb leaves, herb layer cover and the herb layer uniformity.
