The Research Of Human Affairs Stimulation Mechanism In The Meteorological System Of Jilin Province

In this paper, based on the description of the concept of human affairs stimulation, and the analysis of traditional human affairs system, the introduction of the stimulation mechanism in the theory of modern human resource management is given. The basic contents, characteristics, functions, and structures of human affairs system in public institutions is described, and the analysis of the current situation of human affairs stimulation mechanism is also performed. The steps, methods, principles and targets of the reformation of modern human affairs stimulation mechanism in the meteorological system of Jilin Province is discussed, and the attempt to establish a modern human affairs stimulation mechanism is made. At the end, the measures of stimulation mechanism, which is considered reasonable by the author, is provided.
