Study On Demand Of Agricultural Meteorological Service To Different Principal Part

Extreme weather happens frequently in recent years under the background of global warming,the tendency of agricultural meteorological disasters increase.These conditions make a negative impact to the agricultural production,scientific research,management and the lives of the people.Improving the level of agricultural meteorological services,preventing agricultural meteorological disasters,building agricultural meteorological service system become an important topic at present.How to make agricultural meteorological service comprehensive and concretely,how to refine the content of agricultural meteorological service are the current problems to solve.Providing timely,accurate agricultural meteorological service,improving the ability of agricultural disaster defense,realizing the sustainable development of modern agriculture is an important guarantee to achieve rural revitalization strategy.This research adopts literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey and statistical analysis method.Based on the data provide the theoretical basis for this article.As the research scope in Liaoning province,the research object of farmers,technical section,research institution,administration section,distribute randomly the questionnaire by two ways: mobile phone and paper,to adopt individual interview respondents less number,for the actuality and demand research of channel,frequency,range,purpose and content of meteorological information transmission.Calculate,compare,conclude and analyze the data,sum up the main demand of agricultural meteorological service,and make suggestions.The results show that: the accuracy rate of weather forecast is the most concerned problem;the agricultural meteorological disaster warning impact to agricultural production is strong;the channels of meteorological information issue become diverse,mobile phone is in high demand;different users have different concerns and meteorological service products;different purpose,effect,frequency and scope need more accurate and refined meteorological service.According to these problems put forward the following suggestions: strengthening the ability of weather prediction,improving the accuracy rate of weather forecast;achieving the agricultural meteorological disaster warning,improving the meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation system;expanding the release channels of meteorological information,ensuring the channels expedite;enriching agricultural meteorological service products,paying attention to develop its economic benefits;providing more elaborate and accurate meteorological information;strengthening the government support,making wisdom agricultural meteorological service platform.
