| Under the background of information,digitization and intelligence,Chinese manufacturing has changed from a big country to a powerful country.And the government has put forward guidelines to carry forward the spirit of craftsmen to promote the construction of industrial workers,so as to help solve the plight of serious shortage of high-quality and high-skilled talents,and pursue a high-quality economic development strategy.Under this special background,this paper comprehensively analyzes the craftsman’s spiritual characteristics condensed by the skilled workers in the contemporary Chinese manufacturing industry,and condenses the connotation structure system of the craftsman’s spirit in the new era.This paper summarizes the mechanism of craftsman’s spirit on the development of skilled workers,so as to give full play to the role of craftsman’s spirit in the construction of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative industrial workers and also provide theoretical support for the promotion and purification of professional spirit in the whole society.This paper studies the competence of skilled personnel from the point of view of competence,based on the theory of competence of those who outstanding achievements and iceberg model,combining self-efficacy theory and the rooted theory research ideas.Through a large number of literature research,text content analysis,case decomposition and personal interviews,behavioral events interviews,focus group discussions and other qualitative research methods,this paper constructs a three-dimensional(relevance coding)framework of"ingenuity,craftsmanship,craftsman’s virtue",including 13 secondary indicators(spindle coding),30 key elements(open coding)craftsman’s spirit dimension structure system.Then through the questionnaire survey,the index elements of craftsman spirit are tested empirically,and the influence of craftsman’s spirit on innovation behavior is discussed.Dimension structure system is established and the craftsman’s spirit has positive effect on innovation(three dimensions on innovation behavior,innovation efficiency and organizational identity)on prediction.This paper constructs the dimension structure system of craftsman spirit under the background of intelligent manufacturing in contemporary China,and interprets the logical relationship and the connotation of each element in detail.The structure of this system is simple and clear.The second dimension highlights the main characteristics of craftsman’s spirit under the background of contemporary intelligent manufacturing,while the third element clarifies the key concepts,consciousness and accomplishment that contemporary Chinese craftsmen should have.Among the three first-level dimensions,the ingenuity is the craftsman’s spirit refined from the angle of personal psychology and trait,which is the internal,stable and fundamental behavioral force,which includes four aspects:achievement motivation,initiative spirit,self-management and behavior style;craftsman’s virtue is a summary of the factors of values,moral quality and professional spirit that are not directly explicit.The paper explains them in detail from five aspects:professionalism,sense of responsibility,overall concept,scientific spirit and humanistic spirit.They play a guiding role in the direction of human behavior;craftsmanship is an exposed technology and ability,which has a specific connotation in the contemporary era.It is summarized from the four aspects of "action tension,innovation and creation,overcoming difficulties and professionalism",especially highlighting the information and digitization abilities that modern craftsmen need.In practice,the acquisition of high skills and high achievements can’t be separated from self-discipline,diligence,scientific methods and serious attitude,and superb skills and rich experience will also affect people’s recognition and investment in the profession,and gain a higher sense of achievement.This internal structural logic system will help the growth of skilled personnel and promote the construction of industrial workers.This study explores the basic law of the growth of highly skilled people in contemporary China.In China’s current special social environment,the growth of high-skilled personnel,its endogenous strength is the most critical and fundamental source of power.Among the more than 100 outstanding skilled personnel,whether working model or craftsman,their outstanding achievement is more closely related to their small environment and personal hard work.They believe in hands-on,more brain-driven practices,respect for objective laws.combine the spirit of science with careers,combine inheritance with innovation,combine focus with commitment,and place responsibility and dedication first.They continue to learn,build up data concepts.Internet thinking,have information and data processing capabilities,successfully complete the digitalization of technical skills and knowledge,information transformation,and achieve synchronization with the times.These characteristics constitute the spirit of Chinese craftsmen under the background of intelligent manufacturing,which is not only the product of culture and system,but also the requirement of the times.This study also makes innovative attempts in methodology,synthesizes various methods of qualitative and quantitative research,and adopts different research methods in different coding stages.The basic coding elements are obtained from the literature combing,and the content research method is used to screen the craftsman’s spiritual cognition in practice from the propaganda text,and to understand the characteristics of the times from the criteria,which also constitutes an important component of open coding.The typical craftsman’s behavior characteristics are extracted from face-to-face in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to form spindle coding.From specific visible surface features to continuous induction and digging Direction,then to the last height of abstract generalization,with the minimalist " ingenuity"," craftsman’s virtue "," craftsmanship" to cover the core meaning of craftsman’s spirit,and through quantitative research to give evidence.These elements have a good explanatory power to craftsman’s spirit.The empirical analysis also shows that craftsman spirit has a positive incentive effect on the skilled personnel of manufacturing enterprises,especially in the impact of innovation,which is the biggest role of craftsman spirit in intelligent manufacturing environment.It is also more prominent than the traditional craftsman spirit of the times.The study also found that from the individual to the organization,from self-discipline to the supply of enterprise resources,to the external social evaluation environment and related systems involving human security and development will all affect the role of craftsman spirit.That we continue to meet the above conditions will promote a large number of long-lasting high-skilled talent development,which is also the talent strategy that turns made in China to China’s intellectual. |
