Research On The Impact Of Inclusive Leadership On Craftsman Spirit

With the advent of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the emergence of "numerical control generation" and "intelligent generation" products,the development mode of high quality is becoming more and more important.As one of the core of enterprise soft connotation,it is particularly important to cultivate "Chinese craftsman spirit".As the main body of cultivating craftsmen,enterprises need to actively seek ways to stimulate the spirit of craftsmen.At the same time,in order to make employees better adapt to the development requirements of modern enterprises and the competitive diversified environment,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to leadership style,and inclusive leadership generally exists in the organizational context.Based on the theory of conservation of resource in the specific Chinese situation,this study sampling 584 employees in 14 enterprises,and by the model of hierarchical regression,a model is developed to examine the mediation and moderation of thriving at work and learning goal orientation in the relationship between inclusive leadership and craftsman spirit.Results indicate that:(1)inclusive leadership has significantly positive effect on employees' craftsman spirit;(2)thriving at work has a partial mediating effect between inclusive leadership and employees' craftsman spirit;(3)learning goal orientation moderates the relationship between inclusive leadership and employees' thriving at work,specially,the relationship in inclusive leadership and employees' thriving at work is stronger when learning goal orientation is high rather than low;(4)learning goal orientation moderates the indirect effect of inclusive leadership on employees' craftsman spirit through thriving at work.This study reveals the path of inclusive leadership to stimulate the spirit of craftsman,and provides some guidance and reference for enterprises to stimulate and cultivate the spirit of craftsman.
