Under The Background Of Modern Apprenticeship, The Research On The Mechanism Of Hotel Coaching Leadership On The Craftsman Spirit Of Employees

With the development of society and the change of business environment,the competition of hotel industry is increasingly fierce.How to innovate management methods and improve service quality is a problem that every enterprise must face.In recent years,the state vigorously advocates the spirit of craftsmanship,which contains the pursuit of the ultimate professionalism,which is crucial to the transformation and upgrading of the hotel industry.Scholars at home and abroad have made some achievements in the influencing factors and mechanism of craftsmanship spirit.In addition to the influence of organizational atmosphere and individual psychological factors on the spirit of craftsman,leadership behavior and style have also been found to be important factors affecting the spirit of craftsman.As a new style of leadership,coaching leadership has a unique explanatory effect on the spirit of craftsmen.However,the current research on coaching leadership is still in the stage of theoretical research,and empirical research is relatively small.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of coach style leadership on the craftsmanship spirit of hotel employees under the background of modern apprenticeship and its mechanism.This paper combs the related literature of coach type leadership,craftsman spirit,self-efficacy and so on,takes the county hotel staff as the research object,obtains the data by the way of questionnaire survey,carries on the reliability validity analysis,the correlation analysis and the return analysis through the SPSS and Amos and so on analysis tools,explores and reveals the influence of coach type leadership on the craftsman spirit of the hotel staff The research on the influence factors of craftsman's spirit from the perspective of leaders is expanded.The results show that:(1)coaching leadership has a significant positive impact on the spirit of craftsman;(2)coaching leadership has a significant positive impact on all dimensions of the spirit of craftsman;(3)self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between the coaching leadership and the spirit of craftsman;(4)self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between the coaching leadership and the spirit of craftsman.This paper enriches the research on the relationship between leadership style and hotel employees' behavior,further proves the effectiveness of coach type leadership,and condenses the connotation and dimension of craftsman spirit,hoping to play a role in promoting the research and practical cultivation of craftsman spirit system.
