With the acceleration of knowledge change and the diversification of market competition,talents and intellectual capital are regarded as strategic resources.Practice has proved that knowledge can only grow linearly when shared,and the continuous sharing behavior will show an increase in the geometric progression of knowledge.Therefore,the tacit knowledge possessed by the individual is regarded as a more valuable competitive resource,and with the vigorous promotion of the “craftsman spirit”,its thoughts are gradually deepening into the hearts of the people,and the object of “artisan spirit” is also going to various industries.Applying the "artisan spirit" thinking to the tacit knowledge sharing of skilled workers in the manufacturing industry will inevitably bring opportunities and development.However,tacit knowledge sharing behavior has the characteristics of implicit,ambiguous and significant path dependence.Fundamentally,if individuals lack the motivation and willingness to actively share tacit knowledge,enterprises lack good atmosphere and incentives.Tacit knowledge sharing will face many difficulties and obstacles.Based on the above-mentioned background,this paper first expounds the research background and the significance of the tacit knowledge sharing of skilled workers,reviews relevant literature and theory,and defines the three concepts of “artisan spirit” environment,skilled employees and tacit knowledge sharing.Then the paper takes Guangdong province as the research area and gets the tacit knowledge sharing status of skilled employees through questionnaires,which is reflected in the following aspects: lack of cooperation and sharing of artisan culture,insufficient attention to tacit knowledge management,poor sharing channels,imperfect training and evaluation incentives,etc.At the same time,the influence factors of tacit knowledge sharing among skilled employees are analyzed based on the theoretical basis and literature.Finally,the structural equation model is used to study the influencing factors of skilled employees.This paper divides the tacit knowledge sharing of skilled employees into three factors,namely individual factors,knowledge attribute factors and organizational environment factors.Among them,individual factors are divided into three dimensions: helping others undefined pleasure,knowledge self-efficacy and psychological security;knowledge attribute is a dimension,organizational environmental factors are composed of five dimensions: organizational support,knowledge sharing atmosphere,interpersonal trust,work complexity,and "craftsman spirit." Through the verification of the structural equation model,expect the knowledge attribute has a significant negative impact on the skilled employees,the other eight dimensions have a positive and significant impact on the tacit knowledge sharing of the skilled employees.Therefore,based on the above research results,this paper proposes to promote the tacit knowledge of skilled employees by creating an organizational environment conducive to tacit knowledge sharing,smooth communication channels and environment,and establishing mechanisms for tacit knowledge sharing.
