Research On Made In Germany From The Perspective Of History And Culture

German manufacturing has a long history and stands for excellent workmanship and high quality.In recent years,the world economic situation has been depressed.It is crucial for Chinese manufacturing to establish its competitive advantage in the fierce market.Therefore,understanding the development of German manufacturing and learning from it will be of great benefit to the development of Chinese manufacturing.Firstly,this paper clarifies the development of German manufacturing from the perspective of historical evolution.From 1871 to today,German manufacturing has gone through many historical stages of development,showing different characteristics of manufacturing development in different history periods.Secondly,in the process of researching German manufacturing,besides combing the history of German manufacturing,it is also essential to find out the cultural ideas and implications embodied in the development of German manufacturing.This paper analyses the cultural factors of German manufacturing's success from three aspects: enterprise culture,market culture and national culture.Finally,German manufacturing industry has the following advantages: first,perfect market mechanism;second,mature talent training system;third,complete intellectual property protection laws;fourth,complete industrial chain.At present,Chinese manufacturing has entered a new stage of "Made in China 2025".German manufacturing can be drawn to contribute in government decision making and enterprise management.
