Manufacturing is a determinant of a country’s world status and is becoming a cornerstone for countries to compete for the high end of the industry chain.As an excellent spiritual quality,the craftsman spirit reflects the professionalism and behavior of employees and is inseparable from their values and outlook on life.In the critical moment of China’s manufacturing transformation and upgrading and promoting China’s manufacturing"going out",the presentation and promotion of the craftsman spirit is the trend of the times,and the expectations of the big countries are obvious.As a result,the cultivation and promotion of the craftsman spirit of the employees in the manufacturing industry has caused more attention and discussion.The cultivation of employees’ craftsman spirit is inseparable from the influence of the surrounding environment,and the organizational climate as a subjective cognition of employees in their organization affects the formation and promotion of employees’craftsman spirit.Based on the review of the existing researches on the craftsman spirit at home and abroad,this paper combines the literature analysis method,the in-depth intervicew method and the expert opinion method to obtain the elements of the craftsman spirit of the employees.According to the acquired elements of the craftsman spirit of the employees,develops the"Craftsman Spirit Measurement Scale for Manufacturing Enterprises’,and issued the pre-test.Then,formal questionnaires were issued,of which 465 valid formal questionnaires were used.Data processing tools such as SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 were used to analyze the data and develop the craftsman spirit measurement scale,test its reliability and validity,and further determine the weight of each item.The questionnaire was issued again using the developed scale,and the model of the craftsman spirit of the manufacturing enterprise was constaucted and verified according to the processing results of 181 valid questionnaires.Finally,based on the literature review and interview results,this paper proposes the relevant assumptions of the influence of organizational climate on the craftsman spirit of employees,and analyzes the empirical results to verify the relevant assumptions.In the end,the study concluded that:① Organizational climate has a significant positive impact on the craftsman spirit of employees.Among them,he dimensions of organizational identity,organizational support and interpersonal relationship have a significant positive impact on the craftsman spirit of employees,while the organizational structure does not have a significant impact on the craftsman spirit of employees;② The dimensions of the organizational climate have different effects on the dimensions of the craftsman spirit of employees.Among them,the organizational identity dimension has a significant positive impact on the craftsman’s skill dimension and the craftsman’s mind dimension.The organizational support dimension has a significant positive impact on the employee craftsman’s skill dimension and the craftsman’s mind dimension.The interpersonal relationship has a significant positive impact on the employee craftsman’s moral dimension;③ Craftsman spirit of manufacturing enterprises can be improved by a measurement scale containing three dimensions and 19 items.;④ The employees of manufacturing enterprises’ craftsman spirit consists of three dimensions and 13 elements.
