The basic guarantee of national education is the compulsory education,which directly determines the level and quality of education in the next stage.Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the rural revitalization strategy has been defined as an important development strategy.Based on the development of Xiaokang,the rural revitalization has provided the corresponding policy support to the rural compulsory education,and the compulsory education has also fed back the intellectual support to the realization of the rural revitalization strategy.Taking the rural revitalization strategy as the Research Angle of view,studying the inevitable trend of the rural social transformation and development is to focus on the problem of rural compulsory education.The research methods used in this paper include investigation research method,case analysis method,literature analysis method,combined with the balanced development of education,human capital theory,etc.,in order to enrich and enrich the relevant theories,it is necessary to explore the rural revitalization strategy under the development background of rural compulsory education,which can not only meet the requirements of the national strategy,but also provide an effective path to county a,to promote the rapid development of its rural compulsory education,while providing a positive reference for rural compulsory education in other areas.The conclusion of this paper involves three aspects:First,by means of field investigation,based on the school level,the problems of a county’s rural compulsory education are as follows:the school teaching is difficult to form standardization,the boarding school does not provide good boarding conditions,and the quality of school management needs to be further improved Based on the teachers’strength,the problems are as follows:the stability of rural teachers’team is not strong,the structure of teachers is not reasonable,the training of rural teachers needs to be strengthened,and the identity of rural teachers is very weak Based on the resource allocation level,the problems are as follows:lack of sufficient education funds,lack of education resources and waste problems exist at the same time,unreasonable school layout;There are problems at other levels,such as lack of management of the Left-behind children in China,school choice in rural areas where conditions are better,and the rural environment restricting the development of children.Secondly,the main reasons for the problems of rural compulsory education in county a are as follows:The geographical location is remote,the level of economic development is not high,and there is an obvious gap between urban and rural educational resources.Finally,by referring to the mature experience of foreign countries,the improvement measures are as follows:to improve the management system and infrastructure of rural schools,to focus on the construction of rural teachers’teams,to allocate compulsory education resources,and to adopt and implement compulsory education development strategies that match the development situation of County A.
