Research On The Countermeasures Of Endogenous Resources Promoting Rural Revitalization

The strategy of rural revitalization was first put forward by President Xi Jinping in the report delivered at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which is a landmark step in this new era.The implementation of rural revitalization not only relates to system and mechanism issues,but also involves the scientific,but also the scientific use and invigoration of endogenous resources according to local conditions.Economic principles tell people that resource endowment is an important factor in regional development.In the same way,in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the activation and scientific allocation of endogenous resources play a key role in realizing rural revitalization and promoting rural development.It is an important way to solve the uneven development of my which is a vital step for narrowing the gap between urban and rural development.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of rural revitalization,it is essential to revitalize rural endogenous resources.Theoretically,invigorating rural endogenous resources is also the only way for the rapid realization of rural revitalization.Huzhou City is the birthplace of the "two mountains" theory,with abundant natural resources,local cultural resources and local social resources.In recent years,According to the concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,Huzhou has innovated development ideas and designed scientific and systematic plans which are adapted to the local conditions.Innovating development ideas,scientifically systematic planning,giving full play to the spirit of initiative,pioneering and innovative,and adopting city-school cooperation The new model of building a new countryside and the introduction of policies on rural revitalization have embarked on a road of rural revitalization that belongs to the city,and has become a successful model for rural revitalization.From the perspective of invigorating rural endogenous resources,this article aims at the status and achievements of rural endogenous resources in Huzhou’s rural revitalization,and finds out the existing problems,including farmers’ subjective consciousness,management team issues,and integrated utilization of endogenous resources,Insufficient development of rural industries,etc.and analyze the reasons,the key is to propose relevant countermeasures and ideas.
