Abstract/Summary:
As a major measure for China to further open up to the world,the "Belt and Road" initiative will affect about 64% of the world’s population,and the total GDP of the countries involved accounts for around 30% of the world’s total GDP.In the "Belt and Road" initiative,energy cooperation is an important part.Clarifying the "Belt and Road" energy cooperation relationship is important for objective and comprehensive evaluation of the implementation results of the "Belt and Road" initiative,and to promote the realization of the great goal of building a community with a shared future for mankind.However,most of the previous research on "Belt and Road" energy cooperation focused on a single country or a certain region,and is usually based on direct energy cooperation,ignoring the substantial energy generated by economic and trade exchanges between the “belt and road” countries.Therefore,in order to understand the cooperation relationship between the “belt and road” countries comprehensively and scientifically,from the perspective of embodied energy,which comprehensively considers direct energy and indirect energy,and based on the relevant theories of network science research,this paper establishes network models and discovers the features of the “Belt and Road” energy cooperation network,then analyzes network behavior.The thesis mainly studies the following contents:First,by summarizing the research basis of the "Belt and Road" energy cooperation network,the logical framework of this paper is proposed.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing domestic and foreign research results and related theories such as "Belt and Road" energy cooperation,"Belt and Road" initiative,complex networks,and embodied energy,this paper summarized the connotation and characteristics of embodied energy and embodied energy flow,and explained the connotation of the “Belt and Road” energy cooperation network from the perspective of embodied energy.Then combined with the relevant theories of complex network science research,the logical framework of the "Belt and Road" energy cooperation network research based on embodied energy is constructed and analyzed;Second,by analyzing the structural characteristics of the “Belt and Road” energy cooperation network model,we can have a deeper understanding of the nature of the “Belt and Road” energy cooperation network.Based on the input-output theory and related theories of complex networks,the embodied energy flow between countries is calculated according to the input-output data between countries along the “Belt and Road”,taking countries along the route as nodes,the relationship because of embodied energy flow between countries are used as edges,then the “Belt and Road” energy cooperation network model is constructed.Then based on the network topology characteristics and the association mode between network notes,the cooperation network features are analyzed.Third,through the analysis of the evolution game mechanism on the "Belt and Road" energy cooperation network,deepen the understanding of the cooperation emergence on the "Belt and Road" energy cooperation network.Based on evolutionary games and related theories of networks games,combined with the decision-making mechanism under bounded rationality,a "Belt and Road" energy cooperation game model is established,the emergence of cooperative behaviors on cooperative networks is discussed,and the preconditions and influence factors of cooperation emergence are discussed.Fourth,through the analysis of the evolution mechanism of the energy cooperation network of the “Belt and Road”,discuss the cooperation strategy choices of most developing countries along the “Belt and Road”.Based on the BBV model,an evolution model of the "Belt and Road" energy cooperation network is constructed,and the evolution process,influencing factors and evolution mechanism of the "Belt and Road" energy cooperation network are analyzed,and then based on the comparison of evolution results under different strategy,provides reference for the selection of energy cooperation strategies.Fifth,using the analysis of the transmission dynamic mechanism of the “Belt and Road”energy cooperation network,analyze the problem of the cooperation risks propation on the“Belt and Road” energy cooperation network.Based on the infectious disease model,a risk propagation model of the "Belt and Road" energy cooperation risks is constructed,and the impact of network topology on risks propagation and other factors and mechanisms that affect risk propagation are studied.Finally,based on the analysis of the nature of the energy cooperation network and network behavior of the "Belt and Road",from the perspective of the network,a series of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the "Belt and Road" energy cooperation network are proposed,including supporting the development of overdeveloping countries along the belt and road,promoting cooperation cost reduction and cooperation income increase,scientifically selecting cooperation strategies,strengthening risk prevention and healthy network ecological construction based on embodied energy.
