| As a pillar industry of China’s national economy,the healthy development of the engineering industry is closely related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The quality of engineering projects affects the happiness index of residents’ lives.Traditional quality management in engineering projects has problems such as low trust among participants,falsification or tampering of quality information,difficulty in accountability for quality problems,and asymmetric resource information.These problems have a great impact on engineering project quality.With the promotion and development of information technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data,the traditional quality management issues in engineering projects have been partially improved,but centralized technology still cannot completely solve the problems of trust crisis,information security transparency and sharing,and low coordination of participants.Therefore,this paper takes engineering projects as the research object,uses quality chain theory and blockchain technology to construct a blockchain-based collaborative management mode of engineering project quality chain,so as to solve the quality-related problems in traditional engineering projects,and then further optimize the quality management theory of engineering projects on the basis of improving management efficiency.Based on the analysis of the quality management problems of engineering projects,this paper supplements the current quality management measures and shortcomings,and discusses the current status of quality chain management from the three core levels of value stream,information flow and quality flow.Taking the technical principle,application scenarios and advantages as the starting point,the degree of compatibility between blockchain technology and the quality chain is interpreted,and a collaborative management framework of the quality chain of engineering projects based on blockchain is proposed.It interprets the framework from three core dimensions:participants,business processes and information interaction.Finally,the most suitable participants are selected from the quality chain collaborative management framework to construct an evolutionary game model,find a stable behavior strategy in the process of participant game,and use Matlab simulation to verify the utility introduced by blockchain technology.After research,it is concluded that the introduction of blockchain technology on the one hand increases the probability of engineering units finding problems and reduces regulatory costs,which promotes engineering units to adopt active strategies,thereby facilitating positive collaboration between node enterprises.On the other hand,the introduction of blockchain technology has also improved the reputation value of suppliers and supervision units,which is conducive to standardizing the behavior choices of various participants,thereby improving the efficiency of quality chain collaboration.The collaborative management method of quality chain of engineering projects embedded in blockchain technology proposed in this paper overcomes the limitations of the collaboration of participants in the traditional quality chain,and puts forward certain suggestions on how blockchain is embedded in engineering projects from different angles,which provides new ideas for quality management of engineering projects. |
