Research On Evolutionary Game Of Quality Supervision Of Prefabricated Engineering Considering Subject Quality Behavior

With the traditional construction mode has been unable to adapt to the high-quality development path,the prefabricated building has gradually developed with its many advantages.At present,our country is vigorously developing prefabricated buildings.If we want to make the prefabricated buildings that are in the initial stage of development develop steadily and be widely used in our country,the quality problems cannot be ignored.In order to ensure the quality of prefabricated buildings and adapt to the development of the construction industry,it is necessary to carry out research on the quality supervision of prefabricated building projects.Many participants are involved in the construction of prefabricated buildings,and the quality behavior of all parties will affect the quality of prefabricated buildings,and can also reflect the implementation of quality supervision.Therefore,it is necessary to study the quality supervision of prefabricated construction projects from the perspective of standardizing the quality behavior of all parties responsible.Firstly,this paper analyzes the formation and supervision of the quality of prefabricated construction projects based on the quality supervision of general construction projects,and clarifies that this paper studies the supervision game between the government and the main participants in the process of quality formation from the perspective of the supervision of the quality behavior of the main participants in the project.And the problem of the current inadequate implementation of the quality supervision of prefabricated construction projects is analyzed,then the possible illegal quality behaviors of each main participant are summarized.Secondly,using evolutionary game to first construct an evolutionary game model of the two parties of prefabricated component production quality supervision,analyze the quality behavior evolution trend of government-entrusted quality supervision agencies and prefabricated component enterprises,and the evolutionary stability strategy of the entire game system under different conditions,and find the prefabricated component production quality supervision game system achieves the ideal and stable conditions.Then the model is extended,the government is taken as a separate subject of the game,and the existence of rent-seeking behavior is considered,and a tripartite evolutionary game model of assembly construction quality supervision is constructed.Because it is difficult to solve the evolutionary game model of the tripartite assembly construction quality supervision,the system dynamics model is constructed based on the evolutionary game analysis,and the Vensim software is used to simulate the evolution process of the tripartite quality behavior,and the entire supervision game system is achieved by changing the values of external variables steady state.The results of evolutionary game analysis and system dynamics simulation show that the achievement of the ideal stable state of the prefabricated construction quality supervision system is related to the supervision cost,supervision intensity,rewards and punishments,production costs of prefabricated component manufacturers,quality control function of supervision,illegal behavior income of construction unit,the reputation of project subject and other factors.Finally,according to the research results,the corresponding regulatory recommendations are put forward,which provides inspiration for implementing the quality supervision of prefabricated construction projects and improving the supervision level.By adopting corresponding measures to regulate the quality behavior of all parties,government departments encourage each project entity to consciously perform its own quality responsibilities,and form a joint effort to ensure the quality of prefabricated construction projects,so that prefabricated buildings can develop steadily and be widely used in our country.
