| In recent years, the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the country’s sustainable development have led to the modernization of the construction industry with standardized design, factory production, prefabricated construction, information management and intelligent application as the main features, and prefabricated construction has become the main way of construction industrialization due to the advantages of short construction time, controllable quality, energy saving and environmental protection. The prefabricated construction is the main way of implementation.Prefabricated components are key factors in the quality of prefabricated construction and are usually manufactured in factories by component manufacturers and then delivered to the construction site for installation. The quality of prefabricated construction therefore involves many more stakeholders than traditional construction. However, many factors can affect the adoption of quality traceability by stakeholders in the supply chain of prefabricated components(hereafter referred to as the prefabricated supply chain)and there is an urgent need to improve the willingness of stakeholders in the prefabricated supply chain to adopt quality traceability and to accelerate the application and promotion of advanced quality traceability technologies.Based on this, this thesis aims to investigate the choice of quality traceability adoption behavior of key stakeholders in the prefabricated supply chain.Firstly, the current status of national and international research and related theories such as TOE and evolutionary games are reviewed and key stakeholders in the prefabricated supply chain are defined.Based on the literature, the TOE theory and technology adoption theory are combined to identify the factors influencing users’ adoption of quality traceability, and cascade analysis is used to determine the index weights and rank them to obtain the key influencing factors.Based on this,a tripartite evolutionary game model of “manufacturer-constructor-developer” is constructed.By simulating the strategic interaction process among multiple game players, the situation affecting their quality traceability adoption behavior is simulated, the influence of multiple factors is analyzed, and countermeasures to promote the adoption of quality traceability by stakeholders in the prefabricated supply chain are proposed. The combination of theoretical analysis and simulations shows that the choice of the ideal strategy of “adopt quality traceability”,“adopt quality traceability” and “regulate” for manufacturers, constructors and developers respectively is influenced not only by the behavioral choices of the other players in the game, but also by a number of factors. The behavior of other parties in the game is closely related, but also influenced by many factors. At the technology level, the increase in the maturity of quality traceability technology has a significant positive effect on the adoption of quality traceability by manufacturers and constructors, but a weaker effect on developers, and the threshold for traditional quality traceability technology ranges from 0.4 to 0.5,while the threshold for more advanced traceability technology ranges from 0.1 to 0.2,suggesting that technological advances will compensate for their immaturity. For manufacturers and constructors, the reduction in technology cost and increase in technology benefit of quality traceability can have a significant impact on their adoption of quality traceability, and the reduction in technology cost has a more significant impact than the increase in technology cost benefit, which indicates that developers or governments should introduce policies to increase the willingness of prefabricated supply chain stakeholders to adopt quality traceability in terms of reducing technology cost.At the organizational level, increasing the trust of prefabricated supply chain stakeholders in sharing information about quality traceability is beneficial to increase their adoption of quality traceability strategies. At the environmental level, increasing partners’ initial willingness to adopt and increasing the amount of developer incentives and penalties can also promote stakeholders’ adoption of quality traceability to a certain extent. In addition,a comparative analysis of the simulation results for the two cases in Sichuan Province revealed that there were significant differences between the results of the technological and environmental level factors influencing Case 1(using traditional quality traceability technology)and Case 2(using more advanced quality traceability technology),while the results of the organizational level factors did not differ significantly between the two cases, providing a research focus to promote the application of more advanced quality traceability technology. This thesis takes prefabricated supply chain stakeholders as the research entry point, and the identified key factors affecting the adoption of quality traceability by stakeholders can cover the actual needs, the established three-party evolutionary game model can effectively reflect the actual engineering profile, and the proposed countermeasures can improve the willingness of prefabricated supply chain stakeholders to adopt quality traceability. This study provides a new idea for improving the quality of prefabricated construction, which helps to implement the responsibilities of each participant, reduce the quality problems of prefabricated components, and lay the foundation for promoting the adoption and application of advanced quality traceability technology in the prefabricated supply chain. |
