China's national strategy clearly wants to build China into an innovative country,but at present,the core and key common technologies in many fields are restricted by European and American developed countries.European and American developed countries have carried out patent layout and set patent barriers in China,which not only collects huge patent royalties,but also hinders and restricts China's scientific and technological innovation activities.Therefore,how to start from the existing patents and get the innovative design scheme on the premise of avoiding patent infringement is the best way to quickly improve China's scientific and technological innovation ability.This approach is patent design around.this dissertation mainly studies the design around of process patents.The main research contents of this dissertation include the following aspects:(1)A comprehensive evaluation index system of Chinese process patents is proposed.By analyzing the characteristics described in Chinese process patent documents and the patent attributes stored in the existing patent information search platform,this dissertation takes the process patents awarded by China Patent Award in recent 10 years as the research object,statistically analyzes the main attribute values of these process patents,and finally selects the number of claims,technical coverage,pages of description,patent maintenance expenses,the number of references is used as an index to evaluate the value of Chinese process patents,and finally a comprehensive evaluation index system of Chinese process patents is established.(2)The extraction methods of technical words and efficacy words were constructed.It is necessary to analyze patent documents to identify technology opportunities.Technology efficacy diagram is a common quantitative analysis method to identify technology opportunities.The extraction of technical words and efficacy words is the difficulty of establishing technical efficacy map.Based on the study of the characteristics of Chinese process patent literature abstracts,this dissertation constructs an improved TF-IDF(tenn frequency-inverse document frequency,word frequency and inverse text frequency)technical word extraction method based on Han LP(Han language processing)technology,In order to improve the efficiency,an automatic extraction method of Chinese process patent technology words is established based on TextRank algorithm.Finally,a Chinese process patent function word extraction method based on phrase extraction algorithm in HanLP technology is established.(3)A technology opportunity mining mechanism for Chinese process patents is established.This dissertation introduces the time dimension into the technology efficacy diagram,and comprehensively analyzes the development stage and subsequent development direction of different technologies in the target field combined with TRIZ theory,so as to more accurately mine the technology opportunities in the target field.Finally,the process of patent technology opportunity mining based on technology efficacy matrix is established,and an example is taken in the field of robot path planning.(4)The application of FOS(function oriented search)in Chinese process patent design around is studied.Combined with the characteristics of Chinese process patent design around,this dissertation puts forward the application mode of FOS in Chinese process patent design around.Through the construction of generalized function verb synonym dictionary,the existing patents that can realize generalized function can be quickly mined from the leading fields.Find the technology suitable for the target field from the excavated existing patents in the leading field,so as to obtain the circumvention design scheme,and solve the problem of difficult function generalization description in the process of FOS application.(5)Chinese process patent design around process model is constructed.According to the characteristics of three Chinese process patents:process patents describing manufacturing and processing,process patents describing operations,and process patents describing use steps,the Chinese process patent design around process is constructed.Based on the above three processes and the comprehensive evaluation index system of Chinese process patent,the extraction method of technical words and efficacy words of process patent,the technology opportunity mining mechanism of Chinese process patent and the application mode of FOS in Chinese process patent design around,the process model of Chinese process patent design around is finally constructed and the prototype system is developed.The above research results provide new research ideas and methods for the systematization,systematization and theorization of Chinese process patent design around,and provide theoretical basis and technical support for improving the efficiency and success rate of innovative design based on existing Chinese process patents,which is of certain significance for improving China's independent innovation ability.
