TRIZ Creative Problem Solving Based On The Theory Of Reference Studies

With the increasing growth of information and the growing need of information, the point of reference query becomes mote and more important, so do the ways and methods of reference query service home and aboard, while researches on reference query problem are relatively small.En this paper, a new method, called TRIZ which means a creative method of solving problems, on the base of there is always a way to solve any creative and complex problems. Both reference information method and these new methods are applied to reference query service. First, the researches on researches query home and abroad are introduced, with special attention to the theoretical development of TRIZ and the way how to use TRIZ theory to solve problems, which includes: first, use material-field model to analyze the three factors of reference information;then, transfer the common terms used in library with 39 general engineering parameters; then make a conflict matrix out of the general parameter and problem-solving methods. In the conflict matrix, the number of cross point of the vertical parameter and horizontal parameter is the code of the problem-solving method. In a word, through material-field model, parameter transformation and conflict matrix, a problem is solved quickly. ARIZ logical calculation in TRIZ theory is more suitable to complex query problems, but an experienced information reference server. At last, on the conclusion of the defects so TRIZ itself and some problems in application, several advices are put forward to have a better understanding of the future development.
