| Network variety show is an important content of network video,and plays an increasingly significant role in the public’s daily cultural consumption.The emerging artificial intelligence technology leads the great changes in the networking industry.The production and consumption of network variety shows are also infiltrated by algorithm technology,and the algorithm chaos of network variety shows has also caused widespread social controversy.However,there is still a lack of systematic and comprehensive research on the influence of algorithm technology on Network variety shows.This study takes Xi Jinping’s new socialist China’s literary and artistic thoughts and Xi Jinping’s discourse on media convergence and Internet governance as the ideological guidance.Based on the development of the theory and the network variety show based on communication,consumer behavior and public governance,and with the perspective of the whole life,the paper comprehensively investigates the production,consumption and governance of the network technology show by the algorithm technology.At the same time,it also has a great influence on people’s daily life.This study uses participatory observation,in-depth interview and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the changes in the creation of online variety show under the background of algorithm,to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of users’ willingness to use online variety show algorithm recommendation,and to build a multi governance system of online variety show governance under the background of algorithm.This research has formed a set of whole process ecological theory system involving content production,consumption mechanism and governance system,which supplements and expands the ideas and theories of network variety creation and management in the new era,and also provides reference for network variety program operation managers and relevant government departments.This study uses the field theory perspective to analyze the impact of algorithm technology on the production of network variety show.The algorithm enters the creation field of network variety show as "intruder",which leads to a new production mode.The economic capital and cultural capital in the field of network variety show have undergone profound changes,and the generation of new habits also reflects the dynamic game between the industry competitive environment and creators.Under the background of algorithm,the innovation of production and management of network variety show can make a breakthrough from the aspects of guidance,content first and talent first.In this study,VAM model is used to analyze the influencing factors and mechanism of users’ willingness to use online variety show algorithm recommendation.Perceived benefits(perceived usefulness,perceived entertainment and perceived popularity)and perceived costs(perceived information narrowing and perceived risk)can effectively explain users’ perceived value of online variety show algorithm recommendation.When the perceptual factors have nothing to do with the function of the algorithm recommendation itself,the perceptual value plays a partial mediating role,while when the perceptual factors are related to the function,the perceptual value shows a complete mediating role.Under the background of algorithm,user management innovation can brew changes from the aspects of communication check,communication update and communication extension.This study uses multi stakeholder model to build the governance system of network variety show under the background of algorithm.The improvement of algorithm performance and the popularization of its application not only greatly improve the operation efficiency of network variety show,but also bring new governance risks and challenges.On the basis of sorting out the basic principles of the algorithm and reasonably evaluating the governance issues that it may cause,the innovation of government governance system can be changed from the unilateral management mode of the government to the joint participation of multiple stakeholders in governance,so as to build the operation mode of government led,network operators cooperating,content service providers taking the main responsibility,and network users participating.This study summarizes the future management trend of network variety show,that is,the return of value of high-quality content of network variety,the innovation leading of localization innovation,the micro variety of network communication,low-cost,low-risk double low breakthrough,vertical deep cultivation,type segmentation content positioning,overseas,goods and offline marketing integration will become the mainstream. |
