A Research On The Construction And Application Of Evaluation Index System Of The Sports Specialized Teaching's Effect In Senior High Schools

The background of developing the sports core qualities of youth requires to strengthen the implementation of sports specialized teaching.In view of the current existing problems that the connotation of high school sports specialized teaching still needs to be cleared,that the teaching effect evaluation methods need to be enriched,and that the theory of teaching reform needs to be further improved,this paper analyzes the policy of senior high school sports specialized teaching reform by literature method,further explores the connotation characteristics of specialized teaching,and provides the basis for the construction of evaluation index system of specialized teaching effect;and in this paper,the evaluation index system of sports specialized teaching effect is constructed by using literature method,Delphi method,interview method and analytic hierarchy process,and each index of the system is assigned.On this basis,this paper aims to operationally define the evaluation index system of sports specialized teaching effect,and to innovate the new methods of evaluation of specialized teaching effect,and finally to apply the index system to the practice of specialized teaching reform.This paper explores the problems and suggestions of Shanghai sports specialized teaching reform based on the evaluation index system,and finds that:1.The goals of Shanghai high school sports specialized teaching reform are embodied in the cultivation of high school students' lifelong sports awareness,the mastery of sports knowledge and motor skills,the healthy development of physical fitness,the cultivation of good sports behaviors and moralities,etc.Compared with the traditional high school sports teaching,the specialized teaching mainly has the following connotation characteristics: adhering to the teaching philosophy of “health first”,the teaching goal guided by “sports core qualities”,the teaching content with“sports specialized study” as the main body,the teaching method based on “student development” and the teaching evaluation focusing on long-term effect mechanism.2.To select experts who are(1)professors or associate professors with the qualifications to be doctoral supervisors;(2)engaged in school sports and related fields with high enthusiasm;(3)familiar with or participating in sports specialized teaching reform;(4)personnel with a certain working hours,working energy and good cooperation,in this way a consultation expert group of 13 people is formed,to optimize and revise the evaluation index system of specialized teaching effect.Through three rounds of experts consultations,an evaluation index system of high school sports specialized teaching effect is finally determined,which is composed of 5 first-level indexes,15 second-level indexes and 19 third-level indexes,and the first-level indexes are sports awareness,sports knowledge,sports ability,sports participation and sports morality.According to the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weights of the first-level indexes of sports awareness,sports knowledge,sports ability,sports participation and sports morality to the total goal are respectively0.1204,0.1032,0.3329,0.3343 and 0.1092.Among them,the weights of sports participation and sports ability are in the leading position,which is in line with the original intention of specialized teaching design.The weights of secondary and tertiary indicators are shown in table 5-19 in this dissertation.3.According to the evaluation index system of specialized teaching effect,through several steps of the initial design and making of the scale,the selection of test variables,the revision of the scale and the verification of the scale,“the evaluation scale of sports specialized teaching effect in Shanghai senior high schools”,which contains 28 items,is developed.And the reliability and validity of the scale are good.4.According to the method of grading evaluation objects into high,medium and low by referring to relevant studies,scores above 0.8 point are considered high,between 0.6 and 0.79 point considered medium,and below 0.6 point considered low.This research,with the help of “the evaluation scale of sports specialized teaching effect in Shanghai senior high schools”,evaluates the high school sports specialized teaching effect in Shanghai.The results show:(1)the overall effect score of Shanghai high school sports specialized teaching was 0.716,in the medium level as a whole.The score of the first-level index is 0.775 for sports awareness,0.688 for sports knowledge,0.713 for sports ability,0.697 for sports participation and 0.810 for sports morality.(2)Students of different grades have no significant differences in the five indexes.From the perspective of scores,the vertical effect of specialized teaching is better;male students perform better than female students in the five indexes,and there is a significant difference between male and female students in sports participation.5.Through the evaluation of the high school sports specialized teaching effect in Shanghai,it finds that:(1)although the overall effect of specialized teaching is good,the overall level is not high;(2)the overall level of students' sports specialized knowledge is not high,especially the knowledge of motor skills;(3)students' sports participation level still has great room for improvement,especially in the aspect of students' physical activity level.Countermeasures are as follows:(1)to check and fill the gaps from multiple perspectives,make up for the shortcomings,and to improve the effect of specialized teaching comprehensively;(2)to improve tacit knowledge which can promote the acquisition of motor skill knowledge;(3)to develop students' sports ability,to create a suitable learning environment,and to improve students' sports participation level.The conclusions of the research are as follows:1.As for the construction process of the evaluation index system of the specialized teaching effect,the procedure is standard,the method is reasonable.The weight score of all levels of the index system conforms to the original intention of the specialized teaching reform,which shows that the evaluation index system of the high school sports specialized teaching effect is highly scientific.2.“The evaluation scale of sports specialized teaching effect in Shanghai senior high schools” has high reliability and validity,and can be used as a measurement tool of high school sports specialized teaching effect.3.Through the application in the high school sports specialized teaching practice in Shanghai,the evaluation results of the index system accord with the actual situation of the current specialized teaching,which shows that the evaluation index system of the high school sports specialized teaching effect is quite valid.4.The evaluation index system of high school sports specialized teaching effect is a useful complement to the theoretical system of specialized teaching effect.
