From the students interest to proceed, to stimulate students willing to participate in sports activities, internal drive, to enable students to master at least two more skilled and more specialized skills, to further improve the level of students’physical fitness and health conscious and exercise habits, the formation of an active healthy lifestyle lay a good foundation for lifelong physical.Paper, literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and other research methods, the effectiveness of the Shanghai Sports Specialized Teaching high school achieved, problems and implementation strategy expert interviews. Based on the pilot school sports teaching and research interviews and questionnaires on selected sports Specialized Teaching high school for the study. Sports teaching and research, sports teachers and students focus on subjects 17 pilot high schools, high schools in other school leaders, physical education teachers, students supplementary survey. Carried out research work in this paper, the study concluded that:1. Special PE Teaching Reform School remarkable.Students and other physical and mental fully developed, and special technology to develop special physical, learning the extent of training significantly strengthened. Special teaching ability of PE teachers and special motor skills levels improved slightly, to 80 minutes of classroom teaching special ability to control has improved. Pilot school grounds, improved equipment, special teaching environment relative improvement, school sports culture harmonious strong.2. Sports Specific reform in high school there are still many problems.On the management side, the municipal special teaching reforms have yet to establish and improve the incentive mechanism, school management institutions are not perfect, the management system needs to be improved. During operation, the lack of PE teachers in teaching special curriculum standards, textbooks and other guidance documents; Physical Education Reform integration, systematization is not fully developed; special teacher gap is large, the lack of targeted and effective training; some schools venues and facilities restricting the development of special teaching, course selection and course arrangement needs to be improved. In the evaluation, the evaluation criteria and special teaching students of Shanghai Sports grading standards not yet been introduced, special teaching evaluation system needs to be improved; the pilot schools evaluate content and different indicators, special school teaching evaluation system need to be further optimized.3. Sports Specific policies to promote reform in high school should be used.On the management side, we should deepen the comprehensive reform of school physical education, health legislation and improve various rules and regulations, in personnel training, the implementation of the linkage mechanism college sports high school education and professional training objectives needs education. In the operation, the special curriculum reform should be optimized top-level design, and actively promote the special sports-based curriculum development; improve the small, junior high school physical education to promote the convergence of and synergy. In the evaluation, the development of special teaching evaluation standards and improve special education evaluationsystem.
