Children’s health is an important part of the whole life cycle health,which is widely concerned by the state and society.However,at present,the development of children’s basic motors is slow,the prevalence of obesity is on the high side,and the construction of physical activity curriculum lags behind,which has seriously affected the healthy development of children.Early childhood is an important period of basic motor learning and development.In view of the problems existing in the development of children’s basic motors,it is particularly important to take effective measures to improve the development level of children’s basic motors.In view of this,from the perspective of action development,this study takes the basic action intervention of children as the research object,and the research contents mainly include:(1)The theoretical basis of the basic action development intervention of children;(2)The development level of the basic action of children at this stage and the actual needs of the intervention;(3)The development intervention program formulation of the basic action of children;(4)An experimental study on the development of children’s basic motors.The methods of literature,observation,experiment,investigation,test and mathematical statistics are used to provide theoretical and practical reference for more effective intervention.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Children’s basic motor refers to the most basic physical activity mode acquired through practice on the basis of heredity in early childhood,which is the basis of forming and mastering complex motors and physical activities.In the form of action,it includes coarse action and fine action,in the way of action,it includes body mobility action and operation control action,in the structure of action,it includes local action and whole body action,in the content of action,it includes grasping,holding,climbing,walking,running,jumping,throwing,climbing,balancing,etc.The intervention of children’s basic motors should follow the characteristics and rules of their physical and mental development,and carry out physical activities according to the characteristics and rules of the motor development sequence.(2)The investigation shows that at present,children’s gross and fine motors develop with age.The development of mobility action is better than that of Operational action,and there is no gender difference.There are gender differences in operational action,boys are better than girls.There are age and gender differences in the development of fine motor,girls are significantly better than boys.(3)The investigation shows that there is no gender difference in the development of children’s body shape at this stage,and the growth rate of height in all age groups is faster.In terms of physical fitness,boys have better upper limb strength,while girls have better flexibility.There is a positive correlation between motor development and physical quality,that is,the higher the level of motor development,the better the physical quality.The main problems in the development of children’s motors are the poor mastery of operational motors and the poor development of fine motors in the3-year-old group.(4)According to the basic theory of the development of children’s basic motors and the survey results of the development of children’s basic motors at this stage,on the basis of consulting experts,a targeted development intervention program for children’s basic motors is formulated,which is composed of seven parts.In the process of intervention,the main purpose is to promote the development of children’s basic motors,with games as the main form of activities,and the activities are arranged in a periodic manner,with walking,running,jumping,throwing,drilling,climbing,pedaling,balance as the main content of activities.The program design is scientific and reasonable,which can provide guidance for the development of children’s basic motors.(5)The intervention results showed that the development level of gross motors in the experimental class and the contrasting class was higher than that before intervention.The intervention effect of the experimental class is better than that of the contrasting class,especially in the operational action,but in the mobility action,the intervention effect of the Junior Kindergarten is not significant.(6)The intervention results further showed that the intervention effect of fine movements of the Senior kindergarten and middle classes was significant,while that of the Junior Kindergarten was not significant,which might be related to mature factors.It shows that the intervention measures adopted in this study can effectively improve the development level of children’s basic movements.
